Definition of tea
For the purposes of this act tea is a beverage prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over leaves of the Cemellia sinensis plant. It may be served hot or cold
How tea is to be served in the parliamentary cafeteria
When sold in the parliamentary cafetieria tea is to be prepared by - pouring fresh water into an electric kettle - boiling the kettle untill the water is hot enough for the specific type of tea - placing a single tea bag into a mug - pouring water onto the tea bag - leave the tea to steep for as long as required - if desired puting milk into the tea
Offences
Improper administration of tea
To commit the offence of improper administration of tea one must force an unwilling or unconcious person to consume tea.
A person convicted of the offence of improper administration of tea shall be sentanced to any punisment as decided by the courts, up to and including the revokation of their citizenship.
Improper preparation of tea
To commit the offence of imporper administration of team one must, while creating tea put milk into the vessel used for tea preparation before putting the tea leaves, tea bag or otherwise creating the tea liquid, this offence explicitly bans possesion of, or use of ISO 3103.
A person convicted of the offence of improper preparation of tea shall be put to death.
