Applying for Ceticilian citizenship is extremely simple. Simply complete the form at Citizenship application form and send it to citizenship-applications@ceticilia.com.

Things to remember
You need a telegram or matrix account to gain citizenship and each individual organization can decide on account requirements on their own.
You will need a forums account to become an MP or judge, Keep up with parliamentary business or sue someone, you may also be required to create a forums account if you are sued otherwise you may face charges of contempt of court.
If you want to keep your last name private the commonly used placeholder is Ceticiliam.
