Ceti-Lumenarian mutual recognition treaty

Treaty of mutual recognition between Lumenaria and Ceticilia

The President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Lumenaria and the President of the Republic of Ceticilia sign the following treaty:

Art. 1: Lumenaria and Ceticilia recognize themselves reciprocally as independent micronations.

Art. 2: Both micronations undertake to promote the exchange of culture and services.

Art. 3: This treaty may be updated following further negotiations between the parties.

Art. 4: Signatory nations agree to provide residency status to citizens of each other's nations. Those with residency status are entitled to the same legal protections as a citizen of the nations they reside in.
