CBTMR

The Ceticilian Basic Treaty of Mutual Recognition (CBTMR for short) is a template used by the ceticilian office of foreign affairs to easily initiate diplomatic relationships.

Text of the CBTMR

$(Other_Country) - Ceticilia treaty of mutual recognition (the names of the micronations should be in alphabetical order)

Article 1: $(Other_Country) and Ceticilia recognise themselves reciprocally as independent micronations.

Article 2: Both micronations undertake to promote the exchange of culture and services and commit themselves to alliance in times of adversity.

Article 3: This treaty may be updated following further negotiations between the parties.

The CBTMR is under a cc0 "no rights reserved" licence meaning anyone who wishes to use it for any purpose is free to do so
